Sharing your information with third parties

As a connection and brokerage service, we share your contact information and related details with third-party providers as part of our referral and coordination process — including home care agencies, OPWDD-approved providers, Self-Direction fiscal intermediaries and brokers, ABA / OT / PT / speech therapy providers, and other relevant licensed providers. These third parties may contact you directly by phone calls, text messages, SMS, MMS, and emails about services and options. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with unrelated parties for general marketing outside home care, caregiving, and OPWDD services. SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
